"The property manager gave great directions and correspondence before arrival. The beds were in two separate areas, but the main level bed and bedding were uncomfortable. The separate downstairs and 2nd bedroom doesn't heat up and stay very cold if you have to utilize it which we did with 4 adults. The balcony is very nice and has a great view, parking is easy. I still do not understand why we had to leave cash for the tax and it wasn't billed through the VRBO system. Very inconvenient to have to...

"The house is exactly as it's name and descriptions. The neighborhood reminds us of "Heidi", the surrounding view is stunning and peaceful. We were so lucky to have bumped into our neighbors (80 sheeps)coming back from the mountain, it was one of the most unforgetable experience for both adults and kids. Kitchen is well equipped, and there is a big bench at the front porch which we had our dinner there while enjoying the beautiful sceneries. The host has a big wine collection at the basement...

"This house had ample room for everyone, and was right on the main road with the bus to Grindelwald. The beds were comfortable, and we had a room unlocked for us so that each person could have their own room. We appreciated the large dining room table and kitchen that had all we needed. Note: the garbage bags are under the Oven but we did not know that. Also we learned after our exit that we were to take all of our recycling with us when we left and drop it off at different places in the town....

"We stayed for a week at the chalet in summer. The location is distant, but the views and surroundings are beautiful. The chalet is newely renovated and the standard is adequate. It has three bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, functional bathroom and living area with a view at mountains and the valley. It can be a good base for hiking trips and travels around the Alps. "We (a group of 10 friends) stayed here for a week. The home is on the Grindelwald side of the river, a short walk from "Terminal" (for train connections, and gondola to Kleine Scheidegg), and with a bus stop literally out the front door (with connections to the center of Grindelwald). It is walkable to town, but a bit steep; the bus is easier. The kitchen is modern and well appointed. The dining table is huge and suits 10 people just fine.
