Perfect getaway

The house was well stocked. The beds were comfy and linens and towels where high quality. The layout was great and the views were amazing AAA+ WE WOULD DEFINITELY BOOK AGAIN!

lake house get-a-way

Very clean, even left clorex wipes for germ freaks like me. Roomy. Beautiful view. Would have liked a rocking chair or glider in the living room and screened porch. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lake House

We loved the view and watching all the birds, especially the hummingbirds. It was great being able to hop in the kayaks and was able to catch the sunset. Up early every morning to watch the sunrise. House was equipped with everything you could possibly need and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful Family Vacation

This was our third visit to this Lake House. Great house with a wonderful lakeside location in a growing area. My kids love the dock and easy swimming access as well as the kayaks and paddle boards. Thanks for another great vacation full of wonderful memories.

Great place to have family fun!

The property is so nice for a family gathering. The lake was refreshing. We played Catan till early morning. My favorite place to sit was on the swing in the front yard with my grandchildren.

Wonderful place to stay!

We are from Alabama, and needed a place to staying while preparing for my son’s wedding in Taylors, SC. This house made us feel so much at home. We had a hectic time with all of the wedding stuff going on, and this house was our “getaway” from the chaos. The owner was amazing about everything from communication about the property, to making sure we were satisfied with everything. Definitely will be coming back!!

Lake House

The Lake House was just what we needed in a break from the big city. Very quiet area with amazing sunrise views over the lake! The property was better than expected with furnishings in clean beachy vibe but not stuffy. Loved having kayaks, board games and ping pong tables. We will definitely stay again!

Camp Fast

We enjoyed this lake house during Thanksgiving, lots of activities and lake fun. The kayaks and paddle boards were well used and fun. Lots of activities on site, we will definitely consider this lake house for family again! Thanks!

Weekend at the Lake

Me and my sister rented this lake house for a couple days before a wedding after returning from a week in Israel and a layover in Paris however when we look back, we remember this place the most! Picturesque views

Well kept house with nice view of lake. Was here over new year's with chilly weather so only appreciated the lake views. Stores are nearby and we ventured to Greenville and Asheville and did some 4x4 driving thru NC mountains back to SC from Asheville. Would definitely recommend and would love to visit in the summer sometime.

east lake house

layout of house was great. comfortable. definitely felt “ homey”. replaced and restocked trash bags, paper towels dish washing detergent. laundry detergent. so hope we were considered good guests. was nice having certain spices at property. we were not there very much sadly but it was fine

Very nice Lake House

We were very happy with the cleanliness of the interior of the house. The outside needs some work. The grill is very dirty. The lawn chairs in back need to be thrown in the garage. To us, these are minor issues but should be taken care of. Our main concern is that the inside is clean and it definitely was. The owner was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would not hesitate to stay here. The new screened in porch is wonderful.

Nice house, great lake!

Very nice house on the lake. Minor things needed to be cleaned (there was food in the fridge arrival, patio furniture was pretty dirty, the grill was beyond dirty) but those things aren't a deal breaker and we'd stay there again. The neighbors weren't exactly congenial when the 11 and 14 year old took their kayaks out of the water on their property. But I guess I can understand that people might not be respectful renters/neighbors. Owner was *very* nice and easy to work with. She was more than willing to work with us during our stay at her home and that was very appreciated. You can tell that she loves her house! 👍

Scrupulously clean inside. Lots of space. The lake view is gorgeous. I will return.

I really enjoyed staying here. So much so that I hope it is available when I return for another visit. Inside, everything was truly clean. All appliances,the heating/cooling system, and the internet all worked perfectly. Anything I needed to live and cook there was immediately available. The neighborhood is very pleasant. The lake was not busy (too early in the season) so I enjoyed bird watching. Watching the sun rise across the lake while sipping coffee was a great way to start the day. The upstairs main room is huge. The table seats eight and is sturdy. Downstairs there is space for children to play while adults enjoy the upstairs. Carrie provided a 'cheat sheet' that was inclusive and easy to understand. I have stayed at many VRBOs. Many were delightful. This is on the 'delightful' list.
