Convenient location near the train station. Satisfying breakfast. Helpful staff. Ineffective air conditioning made sleeping unpleasant. Unfortunately, pitiful A/C is common in Germany.

Comfortable short stay

We arrived late and check in was quick. Unfortunately the car park entrance direct to hotel was unavailable due to refurbishment which meant we had to walk further and outside. Few issues with the room which were sorted and room changed the next day. As we were leaving early before breakfast on our last day we had a take away breakfast box which was very good.

it is a basic hotel, if you are doing business in Ingelheim then it is very convenient. The price paid in this visit in March 24 is really high for such hotel however may be demand is high at that time

I would have given this property a good rating but the management placed us in a room with broken tv and ac. They knew the room was not in working condition. We had to raise a stink on the second day of our stay when it was too hot. When we went down stairs the front desk knew there were issues. Why would you put someone in a room where things don’t work. It would have been one thing if they offered us a discount or something complimentary. There was no apology and to me is a sign of poor management which

Durchweg freundliches Personal. Frühstücksbuffet wurde regelmäßig nachgefüllt, alles vorhanden was das Herz begehrt. Direkt an der Fußgängerzone gelegen. Geparkt habe ich kostenfrei in einer Nebenstraße. Zum Be- bzw. Entladen war diagonal über die Kreuzung ein Kurzzeitparkplatz (30Min).

Die Lage war für uns sehr gut. Der Ausblick von der Dachterrasse ist sehr schön. Das Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber, es war staubig und in den Ecken hangen Spinnen. Und es lag zur Hauptstraße, sodass es ziemlich laut war.
