You won't find a more affordable place for a large group in a beautiful setting!

Stunning 4 story house with exquisite views of Morse Reservoir. 800 square feet of lake front with a sand beach and multiple decks and places to relax. Recently 100% renovated with premium accommodations. 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, great room with gas fireplace, large dining table, gourmet kitchen, game room. theater room. Sleeps up to 20 people. 8 TV's and DVD's, game system, wii Rock Band, wifi, arcade system, pool table, electronic dart board, bar with kitchen, full laundry room. Lots of games & DVD's for indoor use.

A variety of great restaurants within a 10 minute drive. A new outdoor Adventure park, TreeRunner Adventure Park is now open in nearby Westfield offering ziplines and climbing courses. Skylake Adventures, a 126 acre year around nature based theme park with a lake, water obstacles and tubing will be open in 2026 located in nearby Sheridan, a 10 minute drive.

Kitchen is fully stocked with anything that you will need to cook and dine with your group. We even provide plastic wrap, aluminum foil, parchment paper, paper towels, garbage bags and plastic storage bags so you just bring your food and beverages. We also provide a variety of spices for you to use.

So many areas to enjoy outside! Relax on the front patio listening to the sound of the waterfall and watching the fish in the pond. Or hang out by the fire pit roasting marshmallows. Enjoy the sand beach near the water. Lounge on the huge back deck with a teak table that can sit up to 15 people, a large L shape outdoor sofa and space to play cornhole comfortably! Or escape to the upper deck off the master bedroom that makes it seem like you are in a tree house.

All outdoor equipment provided to enjoy the grounds and lake. 7 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, lily pad, yard games, outdoor seating including L couch on back deck, lounge chairs, multiple chairs, fire pit area. Boat dock to moor your own boat. Large Natural gas grill is located on back deck and no propane or charcoal needed!

The house was well appointed and beautiful with a wonderful view of the reservoir! Lori was very accessible with any questions or concerns we had. We brought our family of 20 to celebrate Christmas. There was a tree and subtle Christmas decorations that added to the atmosphere. We had a great time!

We stayed here last week with our leadership team, and the home was absolutely beautiful — spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked. It had everything we needed and more, even small touches like K-cups, extra trash bags, and paper towels that you don’t often see in a VRBO. Every bed was super comfortable, and our host, Lori, was incredibly responsive and thoughtful throughout our stay. We will absolutely stay here again!

The property was a perfect fall setting for the parents & siblings of the bride & groom from out of town to watch football, read, or reconnect over board games & puzzles. The bridal party was able to get ready in separate spaces & take great fall photos with the lake background before heading to the wedding venue. The entry staircase & outdoor patio were beautiful "first look" experiences.

Before even arriving at the property, Lori was absolutely amazing. So kind so accommodating she made us feel welcome from 3000 miles away. Once we arrived at the property. Everything was exactly as the pictures, almost better I would say. The property is so wonderful, it’s appointed with everything that you could ever need. We had really terrible weather at the end of our day and Lori was so kind to accommodate our travel needs. This place is so so worth it. She made our Thanksgiving magical and easy.

Lake family getaway —

We booked this place for our family gathering. Three generations of us, and there’s something here for all ages. Games lake charming towns nearby relaxation Great hosts who have the gift of hospitality. Premium towels and sheets. Well stocked kitchen utensils. We will book again and we look forward to it. Top notch! We also recommend Matteo’s in town for a great Italian dinner.

Wonderful home for family wedding

We stayed here for a family wedding, and the home was great! We had plenty of room, and enjoyed views of the lake every morning and evening. Our son-in-law docked his boat at the floating dock and we enjoyed cruises around the lake. The VRBO host, Lori, checked in and was very responsive on any questions.

We loved this property and hope to return next summer. There was something for all ages 2- 70...sand lots, pool, darts, videos, outside relaxation, and fishing was great. Even caught a few catfish! Lori was great! You will enjoy your time there.

Beautiful property and house

This house is nestled on a beautiful piece of property overlooking the lake. There was plenty of room for our three families to be together but not on top of each other. The back deck was a great spot for family dinners and the kids loved the pool table, Pac-Man, and theatre room. The house was clean and the host was extremely responsive and easy to work with.

Thanksgiving Fun

Gorgeous views of the lake with a super host! The house is well equipped for multiple people from towels and bedding to place settings and cookware. We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and everyone had so much fun playing pool, video games, board and card games to watching football and movies. The kitchen was well equipped to handle cooking for a large crowd. Excellent place to stay with a great host.

Amazing weekend in a fabulous home!

The property was exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you can think of, including a welcome basket full of snacks and beverages. The rooms were very well appointed. The property provided the perfect getaway for a ladies trip! It is also the perfect home for families as there is a game room and media room for watching movies. We are looking forward to booking this property and location again!

Weekend at the lake!

We really enjoyed this property. The house is done beautifully and had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The house is very spacious with plenty of sleeping space. We had 15 sleeping overnight, and there was plenty of room. We enjoyed that there were so many separate spaces to hang out, especially outdoors. The views of the lake are wonderful, and we really enjoyed our weekend at the lake!

INCREDIBLE lake house!!

Best VRBO ever! The hosts are incredibly friendly, well organized, and responsive. The property is absolutely amazing and has everything you need for a fun lake weekend! The house is right on the water is stocked with everything you need to have fun — they have kayaks, floaties, a pool table, dart board, games, TVs, and enough couches and beds for everyone! 100 million stars!!
