  • Our 5-bedroom farmhouse in Indianapolis sleeps 16, with a hot tub, and master suite featuring a jetted tub. Perfect for families or groups, the Grand room offers fun for all or can be converted into a banquet space (fees apply). Host meals for up to 40 guests with optional dining setups. Conveniently located near the Carmel and Fishers, sports venues, and more, it’s ideal for family reunions, retreats, and special events. There are so many spaces to enjoy alone or with a group. Bedrooms are large, with plenty of beds to accommodate small friend gatherings or cooperate retreats.

This property is absolutely warm, cozy, and has been perfect now for multiple retreats that we have had there. This one we had 16 people that stayed a few days and it didn't feel cramped at all as there are many areas to sit and talk. The kitchen is really well equipped- even for spices where we forgot to get one or two. It's a light filled comfortable space. Beds are super comfortable. Outdoor patio is great to eat meals on and many of our guests enjoyed coffee early in the morning out there. Hot tube well maintained as well and guest enjoyed that as well. The host is really responsive and able to help with any details immediately! I would 100% book again, can't recommend it enough.
