Brand new, well appointed vacation or work retreat. Ideal for business travelers and couples or small groups/families. Steps from Eli Lilly. Wide open floor plan with all the creature comforts. This property is configured/modeled after what you would see/get with a higher end hotel room. High end Memory foam King Bed, Queen memory foam sleeper sofa and ultra comfortable luxury Queen air mattress. All the amenities of home (gas stove, microwave, fridge, washer/dryer, small appliances, coffee maker, etc. Also dedicated workspace for the business traveler or self employed traveler. Outdoor living both front and rear, with fire pit, and large deck with shade. Ceiling fans, Smart TV, rain head shower with hand wand, Keurig coffee maker, and all the small appliances you need to self entertain. Lots of value and close to everything of interest in Indianapolis. 5-10 minute walk to downtown Fountain square, shops, breweries, local restaurants. Literally 1 minute from the highway. This was perfect for our trip to Indianapolis for the big ten basketball tournament. It was nice to have a full kitchen. About a mile walk to Gainbridge Fieldhouse, or a couple minute uber. Neighborhood was quiet a close walk to trendy coffee shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely do again for our next trip to Indy.

My son and I had a wonderful stay in this rental for a weekend swim meet at IUPUI. It was the perfect size for two people traveling from out of town. The full kitchen was a great bonus for cooking in, but with so many nearby restaurants, we also had plenty of dining options within easy reach. The location was ideal, just a few minutes from the pool, which made early morning warmups hassle-free. I could easily drop off my swimmer, head back to relax, and have breakfast before the competition began. The bath was clean and comfortable, and the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet with little traffic, adding to the convenience. Highly recommend for anyone coming into Indy for events!

We absolutely loved our stay here! Everything about the house was perfect for us. The location was really great for anything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor is very cute and cozy. We loved the huge shower and the comfortable king sized bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cookware so we could make dinner. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Indy and will recommend to friends and family. Communication with the host was also great. Thank you!

Host was wonderful ! Helped us out on a last minute cancellation and The host was wonderful! He helped us out on a last minute reschedule with Vrbo. The rental is in a good location for traveling around Indy. It’s a great value for all that is provided. Definitely would stay here again!!!

Very clean, great location. Seems to be a good neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Neighbors leave porch lights on all night also with decorative lights. Made it feel like a Christmas setting with the lights. Within walking distance of Lucas Oil stadium. 1.1 miles. Walked it at night after concert. Only negative was parking. This little house is cute and cozy. We had all the staples we needed. The bed is comfy and the sheets are soft (yet they didn’t smell like bleach 😊) Everything was clean. Great location. Very convenient to downtown Indy. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two.
