There was a sense of the property being very limited on resources, cleaness, towels, toiletries, etc.

Upon checking-in I was informed there was a problem with the cable srvice and so no television in the room. I was told there would be some sort of "adjustment" in my bill so will wait to see what that means.

Very reasonable place to stay close to freeway. Outside appears sketchy and neglected. Be prepared to have $100 CASH with you as they require this cash deposit. Front desk staff seemed somewhat unfriendly. Room adequate. Outdated.

Gross! Do NOT Stay Here!

The only thing in this 'hotel' that was slightly clean was the main lobby where you check in. The hallway was dimly lit and dirty. The door to my room was jammed and had to put your shoulder into it to make it open or close. The entire room was disgusting and nothing was clean except MAYBE the bed. Stains on the walls, floors, shower tub, lamp, chair, couch, etc. The paint was peeling in the bathroom and exposed the mold building up below it. There was also a floodlight outside my window that flooded my room with light so I couldn't sleep. The breakfast was pitiful, the choice was an apple, stale cereal, or microwave a nasty biscuit. Also, the room was dirty. Walls are disgusting. The only thing that was adequate about this room was the TV and I will not be staying here ever again. Water fountain in hallway had mold growing around it.

This hotel has a cheap nightly rate and it matches the price. There are weeds with overgrown grass everywhere outside. Inside is old, worn out, and grimy. It's ñot dirty on the inside but not friendly either. This place will not be on our return list.

Horrible 3 nights. Hot water only worked 1 day. There was NO soap. TV did not work. This was even after we complained about it. The doors in the room had to be lifted up to close. The on site people were no help either. I hope nobody stays there ever

Dirty and unacceptable stay.

I Was unaware the place was under renovation until we arrived. The room was not clean and there were no towels. Apparently, their maintenance staff has a shift that ends at Midnight. Unfortunately, our room was across the hall from the Laundry Room. Several people could be heard conversing and arguing in the hallway. This continued for about a half hour. We checked out in the morning without taking a shower even though the desk clerk delivered towels to our room. The shower appeared unclean and had hair in the drain. Overall, not a good experience.

Wouldn’t ever stay again filthy unsafe

We stayed for Taylor swift concert. Couldn’t check in a minute earlier then 3 because “cleanliness was a priority to them” Arrived at 3 room was filthy fences on wall, hair in bathtub covered in scum, floor full of spills and dirt, mirrors dirty, lamps nasty, mold growing. Asked front desk to have someone clean while we were at concert 4:30-11:30 he said sure returned from concert and our room door with our belongings and valuables was left open which we knew we secured I assumed cleaners didn’t pull it shut except that I entered the room to find it was not cleaned as we asked and were told it would be I went to front desk to discuss it woman told me I was wrong that people request the house keeper because she’s so great she came to room and looked and saw everything and argued that it was clean and just old when I said that wasn’t the case she went and got a rag and wiped the hair outta tub the fecal splatters off wall and left. Felt so unsafe and disgusting we got minimal sleep and hit the road. No tv the entire stay When asked what they’d do for all the issues she said nothing that I could get another hotel (on a sold out weekend for the eras tour at 11:30 pm with an exhausted 7 year old in tow)
