Perfect location

We were staying in town for a basketball tournament and this house was perfect for the location of our games. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, and the house was very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Spacious and very clean!

Enjoyed our stay here. Wanted to visit the Carmel Christkindl Christmas market, which was 25 min drive. Many restaurants and shopping close by. This lovely home served our family of 8 for a long weekend!

Fantastic Ruoff location

Great property with lots of space and comfy beds! Beautifully decorated and very clean. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the walking paths as well. The neighborhood is quiet and safe as well.

Great home, great location!

Loved this house. We arrived to find a house that not only matched what was advertised online but also looked like it had never been lived in—everything was spotless clean. I also appreciated the property owner thinking of “the little things” that folks sometimes forget when on vacation—like soap, shampoo, and even toothbrushes! Overall it was a great weekend that I absolutely would love to stay here again.

Our family and another family rented this property for 3 days to take our son's to a football tournament. We had plenty of space to spread out and loved how clean and cozy the house was.

Great customer service

We enjoyed our stay for a baseball tournament. The hosts were fantastic, answering questions and getting us a new coffee maker when the one there didn’t work. The inside of the house is modern and comfortable.

Great Place to Stay

Great place and attention to cleanliness. Saw that we had a little struggle with lock and attended to it immediately. Plenty of towels and soap, etc. Could use a couple extra chairs to eat together as well as mixing bowls, cookie sheet, & utensils. We were here for a basketball tournament and it was a good place to be. Thank you so much!!!

Amazing House

This house was completely gorgeous from top to bottom. It was amazing. It was comfortable. It was immaculate so many amenities. I would love to have family stay here again. The beds were great. The TVs were gigantic. It was really amazing. There are absolutely no complaints from our family.

Short stay multiple families + 2 toddlers

We loved our stay here! Everything was clean and organized. It had everything we needed, plus some. Getting in + locking up were extremely easy. My only note to those with kids - the stairs were a little scary with having a 2.5 year old + 15 month old with us. I would recommend bringing a baby gate - HOWEVER, that would not affect my rating + I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, Updated, Close to HTC & I-69

This house was clean, recently updated and conveniently located. The property manager was responsive and helpful. There is room for two cars in the (short) driveway. We were there three nights over Christmas and there were cars lined up, parked, on both sides of the street. Not sure if that's how it always is or if it was the holiday. We would recommend this property.

Concert venue proximity!!!

We chose this property due to the proximity to the amphitheater. It did not disappoint! A 5 min drive to concert! The host was very easy to communicate with. The house was clean and easy to navigate. The small touches were a bonus - shampoo/conditioner in the shower, toothbrushes by sink, keurig k cups. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Highly recommend this property.
