The Property look very clean and modern when you walk in, but when you go to the second floor where we stayed, the hallways look outdated and the carpet look old. The room was smaller than what it looks on line, the window did not closed all the way, so we can hear all the traffic from the street and the parking lot, also you can hear the conversations from the people downstairs, the door to the room did not closed, you can see the light from the hallway and hear everything too. The food in the restaurant was made for people from the south of the United States, Chicken Wings, Fried, Grill, Crispy Chicken Wings, BBQ Pulled Pork, BBQ Pulled Chicken, Pork chops,( no, Steaks, Hamburgers, Salads, Grill Chicken, or anything healthy and nutritional) Very disappointed specially with what they advertise and how much they charge for something like this. really bad service in the restaurant.

Very pleasant visit
We arrived for a birthday party. This place is huge!! It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice. We enjoyed watching the football game and basketball game at the same time with the 3 televisions at the bar. I would have enjoyed a little more foot choices at the bar.

I stay here when ever I visit Indy Its close to downtown always very very clean and if you have any questions or concerns they are on it immediately! I love the customer service at this location!

Front desk staff was very friendly and very helpful. Restaurant was far from that. Called to order food and was on hold for around 20 minutes and no one came back to the phone. Hung up and front desk took my order to help me out. Picked up food and it was wrong and I had to go back downstairs and get the rest of my order. Got a baked potato and was given no utensils to eat with and ordered a cheeseburger and got absolutely no condiments with it. Restaurant definitely needs some work. Food and service was terrible. For paying $50 for 2 small meals you’d think you get utensils and some condiments.

We stayed for the B1G Championship game. Arrived near 1AM immediately after the game to discover they had our reservation but no room available for us. This was despite my coming into the hotel in person 12 hours earlier to pre-check in and confirming my credit card, ID and getting a parking pass for their lot with the desk clerk. She informed me that our room wasn't ready at 1PM (as expected) so we had no key cards or room number given to us (also as expected). The night clerk took 20 min including determining that all the hotels immediately around them had no rooms either. Eventually, to his credit, he gave us a room that had been assigned to someone else who hadn't shown up yet which probably caused problems for him with someone else later. We did not get the king bed room we booked as a result but at least we had somewhere to sleep. Further irritating, the cleaning staff left the alarm turned on which went off somewhat early and they stocked the coffee maker with only decaffeinated coffee.

Well, Imessed up. I showed up a day early for my reservation but the check-in staff was excellent and moved my reservation! The room was comfortable but, it seemed to have paper thin walls as i could hear guests talking either in the next room or in the hallway.

There is very little choice in a 5 mile radius for restaurants. The area is not that safe. Check in was easy and fast.

I would like to file a complaint. When we got there they charged a $50 deposit fee that it did not say anywhere on Travelocity, the hotel’s website, or on the hotel’s app. They also charged for any wifi that wasn’t spotty, didn’t give any wifi passwords

Overbooked and did not have our room
Never had a chance to stay. When I arrived was notified they overbooked the hotel and did not have any rooms for me. When I asked what are you going to do to fix the situation they eventually found us another Marriott that had room about 20 minutes away. Was very frustrating but in the end they did take care of things.
