Very unprofessional staff. Poorly stocked breakfast. Poorly stocked towel supply. Ist room had no security lock on the door and various other non-working components of the room. Moved to second room. Better quality but still not fully functioning. Eclipse price gouging.

DO NOT STAY HERE! FILTHY DISGUSTING DIRTY!! Booked a deluxe 2 queen room...as soon as we walked into the room we were taken aback by the hot, musty, foul smell. We found hair all over the bedspreads & pillows. Phone/fridge/alarm clock looking like they've never been cleaned. Bathtub was disgusting! Toilet had urine, feces, pubic hair all over it, on the seat, on the cover, on the bowl. The window pane was too small for the frame, therfore leaving a 2-inch gap that you could stick your hand through straight to the outside (on the 1st floor, not safe!! Plus bugs/rain could enter.) Demanded new room immediately. Moved to new room on upper floor - SAME FILTH!!! Including urine/hair on toilet. Dried up bodily fluids on alarm clock & phone (which did not even work). Kleenex stuck to the door and in peephole. The creepiest hallways. Creepy workers popping their heads out of rooms to stare at us as we walked through the hallways. The actual neighborhood/area did not feel safe at all. We checked out of the 2nd room immediately as well. Demanded a full refund (which they said would take 5 days to process - ridiculous!). Upsetting! We had to scramble to find a new hotel room at the last minute, which we did thankfully, but it was 30 minutes N of this area - but we were so thankful the new city/hotel was safe & clean. Do NOT stay at this La Quinta Indy Airport. The grossest, most unsafe hotel I've ever encountered. Expedia should remove this from their list of options. ZERO STARS

We checked in and the room stunk immediately when opening the door. The bedsheets were dirty and there was garbage on the floor. The bathroom was dirty. We asked the front staff to change rooms and the new room was no better. Still stunk still was dirty. We asked for a refund and they said they couldn't do it after 6:00 when we got there right at 6:00. We'll never go back. Was disgusting

This property received good reviews so I was willing to take a chance. I think they are doing the best they can with the facility, but the rooms are rundown and dirty (at least ours was). Everything smelled Like smoke and there were stains on the linens. We had a late flight and didn’t arrive until 11:30 pm. Had we arrived sooner, I would have found a different hotel.

HEALTH CODE VIOLATION***** Was told i couldn't check in until 315 over the room still being cleaned upon checking into the room the room was filthy which is an under statement pulled down the blankets on the bed to inspect and had dirty sheets with crusty stuff and pubes. Place should be shut down. I am beyond mortified at the conditions of this room and the staffs unwillingness to help or even apologize. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do not use this hotel.

We were on three rooms before we found one that was marginally clean. The first room had lipstick stains on the shower wall and used towels, room hadn't been vacuumed. Second room had makeup stains on the pillows and staining on the sheets and plastic bags covering the smoke detectors. Third room has one bed out of two that did not have stained sheets.

My stay was horrible They have have bed bugs saw one on my bed went to the front desk and they couldn’t accommodate me. They wouldn’t even switch me rooms or anything so I left. Still waiting on my refund from the hotel. Never got to talk to a manager yet but I am going to call everyday until I get my money back. Also still waiting on my deposit money back as well. DONT STAY HERE

Broken glass all over the parking lot from the various break ins to other cars. Room smelled like weed after I checked in. I really considered leaving and probably should have. After waking up this morning; I walked into the bathroom and found a roach on the floor...avoid this place.

Property is dirty, ceiling light in the room was damaged, hot water was luke warm in the shower. Posted pictures of the rooms reflected an updated room however it was only the room where bed was located, the bathroom was 30 years old and broken down. Complimentary breakfast consisted of bagel, milk/cereal, waffle maker. Coffee was weak and no creamer, no other beverages provided. Security deposit was $100, room rate was $76 with taxes and fees. Never booked a room where the deposit is more then the room costs? Been 6 days and security deposit of $100 still not released back to my account. Guessing I will never get the deposit. Leaving this review because of the terrible experience for others to know.

Good place. Fair warning airport shuttle costs $5 each way per person runs from 4 am to 11 pm. Gas station and waffle house caddy corner to property but not very well lit area in general. Having said that , very convenient for in and out stay.
