Tv looked like the tv from the ring (all blurry) microwave didn’t work, black mold all over shower, carpet was wet and stained, staff wasn’t there at 8 pm when I had to check in, people were drinking vodka and left their bottles all over the ground outside, room stunk like cigarettes and I’m a non smoker, cigarette holes in the comforters and they put me in the wrong room then what I paid for. The worst experience of my entire life.

Absolute loss of words
The hotel issued a card to my room to a complete stranger, after I brought it to the hotels attention that I had been robbed I found out that the guy at the front desk had issued a card to a guy that I was going to hire to help me at a catering event who met me in the lobby. They did send me down the road in an Uber which I paid for to get a new key fob for my vehicle upon returning the owner said I don’t see anything on camera of anybody stealing anything out of your room so I guess no fault was on our end. Just know that when you stay here you’re taking everything you have at your own risk. hotels.com is almost impossible to get a hold of so day two after the incident I still haven’t gotten a hold of hotels.com

Nightmare Inn
Decided not to stay. Still fighting on getting a refund. Rooms were not ready. Cleaning staff was taking shots of whiskey out of their cleaning cart. The rooms that were done were filthy. Beds were just remade and not changed toilets backed up. Missing bathroom doors. Mini fridge was full of Mold and live cockroaches. Blood and other fluids on the walls. It was an absolute nightmare. We have no idea how this building is not condemned!

We are sorry that your experience at our hotel did not meet your expectations but your descriptions of the conditions are greatly exaggerated to the extent that if they were true, we would not be in business. Also, one of the conditions of making a reservation at a hotel is the cancellation policy. If you don't cancel your reservation within 24 hours of your check-in time, the penalty is the cost of a one night stay. You agreed to that when you booked the reservation. We wish that there would have been a better resolution to this circumstance, but at this point there are none.

Don’t Do It!! BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!
The room was dirty and there was a roach on dresser when we first walked in. Through the night I woke up to find I was being bitten by bed bugs, several of them and they were large. I went to the front desk they placed us in another room after denying there were bed bugs. I showed him several that were in the bathroom sink then he gave us another room. I inquired about a refund and the manager stated that they have a strict refund policy and that I would NOT be refunded. Worst Hotel Stay Ever

Not the most luxurious
I stayed a night while working in Indianapolis. I thought it was a hotel but it's more like a motel. The room was mostly clean but there were some stains on the carpet that I tried to avoid walking over. Some basic things were missing, like a trash can in the room and a tissue box near the sink. Also the bathroom had no door, you just walk in. So if you're staying with others there is pretty much no privacy. Overall not a bad place to stay but far from the lap of luxury.

Heater in the roim was bot working, tild the counter and said they would send a tech, who never arrived, had to go to the counter again at the night approached as it was to have freezing conditions again. They changed my room. With the temperatures record low, and no tech avaliable, room change should have been done since the first advise.

dont stay here
well she showed me every jacuzzi room they had and the mirror were broke the jacuzzis were broke floor unleveled bathroom missing access panel in one room hole in floor by ac in another room just all kinds of mess tvs not working and when i told them i wanted to leave he insisted on one more room we walked in and the whole front of hot tub was pulled off and was out of order so they had no rooms available i paid ahead of time and due to that only got one day refunded back to me that is just ridiculous to me they dont even know whats going on at there own hotel. wasnt even offered a standard room or anything and he acted like i was the problem just overal dont go!

The worst Christmas Eve stay over ever!
So my bf and I decided to stay not to far from his dad's on Xmas and we decided to stay here. It looked okay to just stay an evening until a couple bugs got in our Christmas food. We had to then throw away we hadnt even got to eat yet. So we was like okay whatever we will deal with it because it's late. So we go to get in bed pull down the spread no cover, just sheets and hair is all over them it looks disgusting sheets look dirty. So we pull it back up not even sleeping on the pillows, my bf goes to flying jays only thing open spends $60 on sm covers. Then we go to sleep not once but four times girls knocking on our door saying let me in we have $100 and then girls just knocking woke us up 4 times. Go to use a towel it's dirty. Never been so disappointed in my life on Xmas Eve I will never go back there or tell anyone too for that matter thought we was in a brawful.

DISGUSTING! So many problems with this place. Blood on the sheets, dust on the comforter, ceiling tiles missing, floor tiles missing, hot tub mirrors completely shattered, just disgusting!
