This property has a FANTASTIC location especially if you are using it as a base for going to games/events. It is safe, quiet, yet fairly close to the freeway so you can get places in minutes. We came out for a swim meet at Carmel and it was super convenient and close to so many things we were looking for. The host is excellent with communication and it is very clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer too! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was the shower in the bathroom does not have any place to put soap/body wash or shampoo/conditioner except for the floor. I have never seen that in a place we have stayed before. Some sort of caddie for shampoo, conditioner and body wash would have been nice and it seems like it would be a simple upgrade. Other than that it was a great place and I would recommend it!
