Located in the heart of Herron-Morton/Kennedy King neighborhood, Kennedy King park is a stones throw away. You can enjoy a walk past the beautiful historic homes around the corner to Tinker Street for a craft cocktail, wine, and dinner or keep going for your morning coffee around the corner at Foundry Provisions. There is a Kroger market directly behind the building for all of your grocery needs at next to no commute. Each room has blackout curtains to accommodate alternative work schedules and the building is off of a very quiet street so there will be minimal to no noise.
