The fire alarm went off at 4am due to faulty wiring from one vacant room also u can’t charge your phone without a block it doesn’t have ANY USB plugs not even on the lamps so outdated. I had to use one of the front desk workers block just so I can have my phone charged for 8 hours of travel the next day. The room was clean and the customer service was exceptional

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful. Really loved the staff! However, our beds and pull-out couch mattresses were stained and didn't seem clean.

We had a a wonderful stay. Great continental breakfast. Very kind staff. Only downside the pool was broken so it was closed.

This was an average hotel stay. The staff was warm and welcoming but the overall cleanliness of the hotel was not great. The elevator was not clean and the rooms were only average. Like I said, the staff was great.

Friendliness of staff was great. Also very clean. Bed very comfortable. But maintenance was iffy. A/C in room worked off and on. Tub faucet leaked, TV remote didn’t work very well, no bedside clock or clock anywhere in room, internet kept dropping and had to be reinstalled. Breakfast on last morning at 8:10 only thing to drink available was coffee.

Very friendly staff. A very nice breakfast in a comfortable dining area. They have good scrambled eggs, and a meat side like sausage, country gravy and biscuits, or bacon. They rotate the meat side of the menu. And lots of sides, like bagels, waffles, and cereals. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Make sure you bring your phone charger. The lamps don't have USB terminals so you'll need a charger. So, all was good. Everything worked and everything was clean. Comfortable beds and huge flat screen television.

Check in and check out were extremely quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Room was ready to enter. Some areas of the room could have been cleaned better. Pull out couch had no bedding. Room was musky smelling. Ice machine on the floor was out of order with no notice. The staff was very nice and efficient when asked for anything. Overall good stay, but prep of room and room condition check could and should have been better.

Fairly dated but served our needs

Initial impressions were that it was dated and in need of a refresh. The cabinet the fridge sat in was leaning to one side and looked like it could go at anytime. Fridge was cold, room was clean. We had a suite with a couch that has seen many better days- so uncomfortable! We were on the 1st floor and found it very loud in the mornings- NO SLEEPING IN!

The property is conveniently located off the highway near many restaurants and stores. The hotel itself is a bit worn on the inside, definitely needs some renovation. Breakfast was fine and the staff was friendly.

Booked for the pool to find out upon arrival (after trying to call with not getting an answer) that the pool was closed for the weekend. Room was ok but hole in couch and no linens for the fold out couch bed. Elevator not working properly. Ice machine broken. Breakfast was good - staff maintained it well. Could have gotten a nice room for less...

The railing to the pool was broken off and would not stay, it was also not sturdy enough to provide any safety whatsoever. I requested them to clean my room I was straight out told no. That I had just moved in the day before. Even though daily housekeeping is part of their package. Within my time there I was confronted by several insects. They're elevator floor was so disgustingly dirty. Their pool ended up being closed for 2 days purely just for the soul fact that they could not get a maintenance guy to come in to clean it after a kid threw up in it. I did like that it was family oriented and the staff were mostly sweet
