Perfect place for Graduation Weekend

We stayed here for my daughter’s Butler graduation weekend. It was the perfect place since it was close to campus. The space was very welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!

With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!

I was here to visit my daughter at Butler. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable and the perfect location. The owner was very nice, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did- he had already attended to every detail in the apartment. I will definitely be back!

Short trip to Indianapolis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was located above the garage area and very private. We met our host at the property and he was very nice yet not intrusive. The area felt very safe as the surrounding homes were well kept and beautiful. The campus police department was about a block down the street. We were there for a wedding but were able to explore the area a bit. We would definitely recommend Paul’s VRBO listing and would stay again if we’re even in the area.

The location could not be more perfect for us when we are visiting our Butler University student. The private room is so comfy, cozy with plenty of space.
