Perfect place for Graduation Weekend

We stayed here for my daughter’s Butler graduation weekend. It was the perfect place since it was close to campus. The space was very welcoming and comfortable. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect

Our short stay was perfect. Location, check-in, communication, amenities, cleanliness, comfort, we felt right at home. We will be staying here again for our next trip to Indy for our daughters volleyball tournament at the Convention Center.

My birthday weekend

We came to Indianapolis to see the Indiana Fever women’s basketball team play a game. It was a great way to celebrate my birthday. We enjoyed seeing parts of the city that Paul, our host, recommended to us. Really enjoyed the atmosphere of the neighborhood we stayed in

We needed a place close to campus as we moved in our freshman. Butler Fieldhouse was an ideal spot. Paul was extremely hospitable and the accommodations were impeccable! We will be back for parent’s weekend! Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay.

Butler visit

I was here to visit my daughter at Butler. The place was clean, spacious, comfortable and the perfect location. The owner was very nice, made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I did- he had already attended to every detail in the apartment. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Stay!

With no hotels in walking distance of Butler University, this was the perfect option for us! Paul was extremely easy to communicate with and the entire visit was flawless. I’ve stayed in many rental properties, and this one was the cleanest property I have stayed in. Paul thought of everything for a comfortable stay…all the way down to 2 umbrellas, which we needed for our Butler tour. We look forward to futures stays as our daughter will begin college here in the fall!! Just awesome!!

Short trip to Indianapolis

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The suite was located above the garage area and very private. We met our host at the property and he was very nice yet not intrusive. The area felt very safe as the surrounding homes were well kept and beautiful. The campus police department was about a block down the street. We were there for a wedding but were able to explore the area a bit. We would definitely recommend Paul’s VRBO listing and would stay again if we’re even in the area.

I spent 3 nights here for my son's graduation from Butler. Host was fantastic. The location was super fantastic. Walked everywhere. Yhe unit has everything you need to have a home away from home for a weekend. Wish I would have found this place freshman year. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Let me summarize this way...We will not stay anywhere else when we go to Indianapolis. If this room is booked when we want to travel there, we'll change our trip plans around the availability of that room.They are great people!
