"The room needed to be cleaner - the bed skirt was soiled and stained. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The gentleman at the front desk the morning we left was outstanding. He was very helpful and didn't mind helping with any request. He is an real asset yo this hotel."

"I was slightly underwhelmed with our overnight stay, beginning with our room not being ready at 4 and check in time started at 3. The coffee maker is always welcome but 1 pack of sugar doesn't go far with two people. The building is lovely and conveniently located, but the carpet in our room had a large stain. We did tell the front desk there were some fresh drops of blood in the elevator."
