"We are locals, so looking for a quick weekend getaway— this absolutely exceeded our expectations! Megan and Scott communicated quickly about any questions we had, the cottages are so quiet and quaint, in an absolutely ideal location. Walk to the beach is directly across the street, next to cafe de Paris if you want a delicious breakfast. The cottage has everything we needed for our weekend. Clean, nicely decorated, very comfortable! Would stay again ! "

"The apartment was very nice and newly renovated (#2). The whole property is well maintained and close to the beach. We’ve had some minor issues with the AC and the owner helped immediately. "Came to the house from ny on spring break and loved it. Not even a 2 min walk from the beach and near a lot of restaurants that are very good. Super clean house that made us feel very comfortable. We are very happy with our choice to stay here and will hopefully be back in the future!"

"My friends and I travel to Indian Rocks at least once a year, this spot is perfect for those who like their privacy but also want to be close to the beach(4 min walk). The backyard and heated pool were huge perks to my group. We also loved walking to Cafe de Paris in the mornings! Great stay!!"
