Our large, heavily treed lot features private gardens with plenty of space for relaxing, playing games and socializing with friends and family. Our home is fully equipped and ready to enjoy.
We pride ourselves in providing an exceptionally clean living environment.

We have 5 bicycles for your enjoyment (additional bikes can be rented in town for $15/day).

Kids are welcome but no pets or indoor smoking please. City bylaws (and respect for our neighbors) prohibit large events and excessive noise.

Winter season (Nov 1 - May 14): 7 day minimum stay, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days
Summer season (May 15 - Oct 31): 3 day minimum stay. 10% discount for stays over 7 consecutive days, 15% discount for stays over 28 consecutive days

A per stay cleaning fee of $425 applies
Florida state and local taxes will be charged on the rental portion only.
We do not charge additional or hidden administrative fees.
