Spacious riverfront home in Indian River with room for up to 10 guests. Enjoy a shared dock, fire pit, full kitchen, and river views from multiple rooms. Just a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants. Perfect for family getaways, reunions, or snowmobile weekends. Boat, paddle, or relax by the water year-round!

The house features 3 queen bedrooms and 2 rooms with twin beds, plus 2 bathrooms downstairs (1 full, 1 half) and 1 full upstairs. Located on a shared waterfront property with other cabins available for rent.

From the Saturday before Memorial Day to the Saturday after Memorial Day, we only accept week-long reservations from Saturday to Saturday to ensure all guests have the best experience during this peak season. We also offer brand-new 2024 Tahoe 24' Tritoon boat rentals, perfect for exploring the Indian River and the scenic Inland Waterway. Whether you’re looking to cruise, fish, or simply relax on the water, our boats provide the perfect way to enhance your stay.
