"The place has a lot of potential, nice view from the deck,, good price, like the layout, good location, but also a lot of issues, other rooms may have been better, ours shouldn't have been rented out.
1)The office wasn't on site.
2) They had 1 packet of regular coffee in the room, we had to call to have more delivered & you couldn't get more than 4 at a time, we were there 9 days, we had to call again to get more
3) Wasn't vacuumed
4) Mold & ceiling falling apart as well as water dripping through from above in the room for the hot water heater & furnace/AC.
5) Lost power, just our unit, got power back but A/C didn't come back on
6) The (2) patio door screens were in very bad shape, torn & bent
7) A broken glass in cabinet
8) One of the ceiling fans was out of balance or not tightened properly to ceiling, very wobbly & noisy unless it was on high"
