"Elevator was broken and apparently has been for weeks. Hotel is run down and needs a lot of maintenance. We had to change rooms because the air conditioner was so loud. The breakfast was decent, and the staff seemed nice. However, we would not stay here again."

"Breakfast that was advertised online is not what they have. They have buffet only $21 per person. When checking in the night before they did not tell us that we had to schedule cruise shuttle 24 hours in advance so they could not accommodate us. There are charges on my credit card that I did not authorize or purchase"

"We had high hopes, but those dissipated quickly. First off, the area is horrible. Transient people and nefarious activity everywhere. Our room was filthy. There was literal sand in our bed and room. A broken beaded necklace or bracelet on the bathroom. I don’t believe our room was cleaned. We asked the front desk, and were told someone would come, but they never did. The front desk lady, got political on me, which I didn’t appreciate. Children everywhere, dogs in the pool, drunk guests in the walkway. I felt held hostage, will never stay here again."

"Did not know they charged $18 a day for parking And then they gave you your pass and everything else did not tell you that you had to put it in your car for parking was not happy about that go to the room. I had to come all the way back downstairs and put it in my car, not enough handicap spots."
