First night, first room had terrible leaking toilet and noticed restaurant was in disrepair. Couldn't take shower because every time we flushed toilet water looked around floor and had to use towels to sop up. AC kept going off and room lights switched on randomly throughout night. Second stay, different room also had leaky toilet and added bonus-- AC didn't work for crap. Literally would not cool below 20 Celsius and blower barely functioning. Desk help articles and shuttle to airport very convenient. Expedia site wrong about pickup from airport. They only shuttle to the airport to drop you off after your stay. Sheets and floors were clean. Great neighborhood for restaurants and bodegas. Safe to walk around. Uber from airport to hotel was $40izh usd

the shuttle operates only from the hotel to the airport hourly. taxi from airport to the hotel cost around $8. place is surrounded by a lot of korean eateries. good sized room. reception is welcoming and friendly, speaks good english. it was a good stay and hope to return again.

Was an okay space to sleep for the night. The room was pretty dated and the floors felt a bit uneven and peeling, but the sheets were clean and the staff were nice. The morning shuttle was easy to arrange, but I missed the part about contacting them prior to arriving for pick up. Location was decent though, in Unseo airport district so was pretty convenient. AC worked well if you could figure out how to use it since the controls were all in Korean haha...
