"Room chargers did not work. Carpet in room was old stained and appeared to be dirty. Beds were old but firm enough."

"Nice spacious room, robes, shower shoes, and slippers although you can tell the shower shoes and robes have been used before. Otherwise nice. There are a couple restaurants and convenience stores right beside the hotel so that’s nice. There’s a stove but no pots or pans."

"I want to first start out by saying that the staff were very kind. I usually avoid writting negative reviews as it could just be a "me" preference but I really need to write this one. We got in a bit later so we quickly dropped off our bags and went for dinner. Oddly enough, the bathroom door was shut when we got it but thought nothing of it. Once we were back at the hotel, we then realized that the bathroom had an extremely strong smell of sewer. Strong enough that when I tried to use it, I was dry heaving and no, I am not being dramatic. So I quickly sent a message to the hotel at around 8 pm. We didn't get a call until 10 pm saying we could switch rooms. As we were flying out the next morning, I really wasn't wanting to pack up at 10 pm and move rooms. They did offer to private shuttle us to the airport as compensation. Which we appreciated. Paying over $350 CAD for a room that had a few issues really made me realize that I need to not just see 10/10 reviews and think it'll be great.... did I think they could have done more, sure. What would have been great is a quick response or more quality control checks in their rooms."

"Oh my goodness! What an incredible hotel! My room on the top (11th) floor was what i had before...such an amazing layout and view! Amenities are terriffic. Onsite restaurant is pricey, but oh so fantastic! Staff are all fluent in English and very friendly. Great mini-mart inside as well. Easy free shuttle to catch nearly hourly. Will ALWAYS stay here when i come through Incheon. "
