A stunning, newly built country house, beautifully and comfortably furnished, complete with swimming pool is available to rent for holidays. Situated between the thriving market towns of Inca and Sineu, in the centre of Mallorca. A great area to explore and famous for its vineyards.
The single story house is exceptionally comfortable, with bright and airy spacious rooms.
It consists of a large living room with double glazed French windows opening on to the verandah and pool, perfect for long days in the sunshine.
The large kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances and streamlined modern units, with a charming breakfast area. The kitchen also has French windows, making 'El fresco' dining an easy option.
The house has four double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a dressing room plus en-suite with shower, bath, toilet and laundry. It also has a large secluded terrace overlooking the pool. All the bedrooms are individually designed to give a personal and fresh touch to the rooms. The comfortable beds have iron headboards, and all bedrooms have large wardrobes.
The house is fully air-conditioned and soundproofed.
The verandah surrounds the entire pool area, protecting the house from the sun and creating a pleasant shady area, perfect for meals and reading and relaxing on the settee. There is also a grassy area with the BBQ and play area with a swing set for the children. The pool is 12.5 by 3.5 with a waterfall and overflow, it has shallow steps and an area to sit and relax in the water. The solarium is spacious and equipped with comfortable chairs and umbrellas for for when you need some shade.
The house is set amongst the fields with native trees, such as almond, fig trees, fruit trees, and has a vegetable garden. All guests are welcome to help themselves to the produce in season.
The house is perfectly located, with plenty local services, good restaurants and shopping in the nearby towns of Inca and Sineu. Both are famous for their weekly markets, Sineu on Wednesadys, Inca (famous for leather goods) on Thursdays, ideal for a visit to buy local produce, crafts, or souvenirs of your visit to the island. The best beaches in the north of the island( Bay of Alcudia and Pollensa Bay) are easily accessible from the house, approximately a 25 minute drive away. Happy Holidays!
