"Pros: Sehr schöne Dachterrasse, ab nachmittags auch sonnig. Man kann vom Standort des Hauses die Stadt Inca perfekt zu Fuß erkunden. Der Hausbesitzer ist sehr freundlich und das Haus war bei Ankunft gut gereinigt worden. Cons: Die Parkplatzmöglichkeiten sind teilweise sehr beschränkt, das alte Haus könnte zudem mal wieder renoviert werden (auf den Fotos sieht der Zustand des Hauses besser aus als er ist). Der Pool ist von der Größe eher eine bessere Badewanne und eines der drei Schlafzimmer ist...

"Pros: Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und haben und mehrmals mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten beschenkt. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber. Die zentrale Lage in der Inselmitte ist optimal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Cons: Wir waren drei Wochen dort, der Pool wurde in dieser Zeit nur einmal gereinigt. Er war jetzt nicht total dreckig, aber ein- bis zweimal mehr hätte er gereinigt werden dürfen."

"Paco and Conchi welcomed us like kings, they prepared a dinner with beverages when we arrived and showed us around. The finca is surrounded by many fruit trees and a beautiful garden. It is situated in the middle of the island with easy access to everything like hospital, supermarket, Palma... We will probably book the finca again because we were very content."

"Beautiful, scenic Villa. Excellent facilities including pool. Large rooms and many bathrooms. Excellent Location - just off the main highway Ma-13 so easy to access and only a 2/3 minute drive to the town of Inca. Villa located in the middle of the island so perfect for exploring all corners and only a 30 min drive to the main town of Palma. Best place we have stayed in Majorca. will definitely book again!"

"I stayed in this villa for a week in Spring. The garden and pool were a great feature of this place. Inside you'll have lots of space in the two bedrooms and bathroom. The living area is very nice too with a comfortable and large sofa. Although the turning is tricky when driving (like all Mallorca small car is recommended) the location of this property allows for a simple and quick walk into Inca. If you need somewhere to stay that is accessible by train, but feels like in the countryside this...
