There is not an airport shuttle, though the site says there is. Manage your expectations, it’s a cheap place to stay. Good enough for one night before a continuation flight, but not good to visit the city from.

Friendly helpful staff and a delicious breakfast buffet included!

Staff at the front desk were nice and even let me check in early which was very much appreciated after a long two days of travel!! The massage I received in my room however was terrible, the masseuse was definitely not properly trained. I almost feel as though I felt worse after the massage than before - not worth the value. The bed linen had tiny little black hairs on the outside of the duvet, I didn’t want to look under because I needed sleep and didn’t want to think about it. The room was clean otherwise, and the amenities were nice — however I did see two roaches running about the room. One disappeared into a crack in the floor baseboard before I could kill it. Overall decent room for the rate. I would stay here again, just with different expectations. The food was good, but I had to go with my third choice because they were out of my first two requests.

I highly recommend the Swiss-Belhotel in Sorong! We stayed there before and after our scuba diving trip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and very nice. Food was delicious. Breakfast buffet had something for everyone.
