Welcome to Residence Rocca Palazzaccio! We have 10 apartments and are located just 6 km from Florence, at the gateway to Chianti. The property has been recently renovated and is full of character: stone pathways, spacious open areas, stairways, and picturesque views define the estate, which was rebuilt on the ruins of a pre-existing structure that once served as a watchtower in the 11th century. Strategically located, it overlooks the Greve River valley. We’re in Tavarnuzze, a hamlet of Impruneta equipped with shops and services of all kinds, such as a supermarket, a pharmacy, and everything you need for your holiday, including a bus that runs every 15–20 minutes to the centre of Florence (Santa Maria Novella) in less than half an hour. The location is also ideal for day trips to Siena and the Chianti villages, which are about a half-hour drive away. Guests have access to a beautiful panoramic pool with umbrellas, deck chairs, and loungers, as well as spacious green areas and other furnished spaces to enjoy pleasant hours of relaxation outdoors. The Residence offers apartments sleeping two to four guests in various sizes, each with a separate entrance. Recently renovated, they feature every modern comfort.
The Superior Apartment No. 2 is spacious and tastefully furnished in a modern style, with an area of over 35 square metres. It consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious living room with a kitchenette; the living room also features a double sofa bed. It is equipped with everything needed for cooking, a smart TV, Wi-Fi, independent heating, a safe, and a kettle or microwave. There is a small private outdoor area also set up for dining. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
