The day of our stay it was quite hot and there was a vantilator in the room that was not working well and unfortunately the staff was not able to find an alternative solution. "Very modern, very clean and only 300m away from the center of Karlsruhe-Mühlburg, with a few restaurants and bars / cafés and a good bakery at nearby Kaiserallee. The accomodation was also very quite. Only one small issue existed: The TV cable-receiver box was apparently left in disorder and did not work at first. But I could fix it, so that TV was working as well."

"Hotel is located on a hill overlooking the valley - wonderful sunrise views. Property is well maintained and rooms/bathrooms well appointed. One issue for us - we may have been placed into an accessible room - the bathroom light was tied to the door of the bathroom opening - there was no way to control the light other than the door (I asked). If you use the bathroom at night, and do not want the light to come on - you had to pull your key out of the main switch at the wall which cut all power...

"A stop en route to Austria. a bit of confusion as philipsburg is another town and there was a road closure due to an accident. Well appointed and a healthy evening meal and breakfast. We will return!"

"It's the almost perfect hotel for us. Gentle stroll into the town. Small, family run, plain tasteful decor, high quality linen. It almost seems churlish to make any criticism. It's a while since we have been but it's good to see everything is as we remembered it . Above all there are no pets "
