I enjoy staying at Historical Hotels that have been redone.
This is no exception.
The room was very roomy and Mouse Quiet, the only thing I ever heard was an occasional Plane flying over.
The only thing I can say in a negative is the sheets on the bed were kind of scratchy.
Maybe they were new and had not been laundered enough to soften them up.
However, that was such a minor infraction it does not change my positive opinion of The Sofia.

Great location, pool small but nice. Breakfast was a nice benefit. Hallways and lobby not air conditioned. Elevator very slow. Staff all friendly and helpful.
