Brand new construction home in the heart of Ave Maria. Welcome to this beautifully decorated home on the prestigious National Golf and Country Club, just east of Naples, in the highly desired town of Ave Maria. This three bedroom two bath unit also offers an attached garage, in unit laundry, fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch. This unit is fully furnished so all you need to bring is your golf clubs! Golf membership is optional and is available for an additional transfer fee of $100. Amenities coming in 2023 will include a resort-style pool, restaurant, tennis, and fitness center when completed. Some of the local town amenities also include two community parks, a community water park, and lots of dining options for the family. Per HOA requirements there is a 30-day minimum stay.

Beautiful Condo
We stayed the month of March at this condo at The National in Ave María. The condo is beautiful with great modern/coastal decorating. It sits on the fairway of, (I believe the) 16th hole. The course is amazing! The National has several tennis and pickle ball courts. The National is not completed yet. The pool and restaurant are under construction. I was able to use Ave Maria’s water park for a small $5 fee. (You can purchase a pass). The community of Ave María has several restaurants, a Publix, a beautiful church, and several other businesses and is a short 9 minute drive. On Saturdays, there is a farmer’s market downtown. The area is somewhat secluded. There is a plan for several businesses to be built on Oil Well Rd. within the next 2 years. I would recommend staying at this condo.
