Großzügiges Haus - ideal für 2 Familien *****

Objekt ist groß, läßt sich gut beheizen, hat einen Naturgarten und viele Staumöglichkeiten. Es ist ein ebenerdiges Haus mit Doppelgarage , dass gut ausgestattet ist. Bei einem Aufenthalt mit kleinen Kindern muss man im Garten aufpassen , es gibt einen Teich und ein kleiner Bach fließt hinterm Haus ( ungesichert ).Der See ist wegen der Nachbargarage nur teilweise sichtbar. Elektrolademöglichkeit ist am Parkplatz Bühl. Wir empfanden die nahe Durchgangsstraße nicht als störend. Alle Schlafzimmer ließen sich komplett verdunkeln.Das Bad ist großzügig und benutzerfreundlich. Die Kaffeemaschine geht nur mit Tschibo Kapseln, es gibt aber einen Filter . In Laufnähe gibt es Esslokale , in 5 min ist man mit dem Auto in Immenstadt, dort hat man eine größere Auswahl. Das Hallenbad in Immenstadt ist ideal für Schwimmer und kleine Kinder. Für Backwaren empfehlen wir die Brotrebellen.Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden.
