Located in Immenstaad am Bodensee, the holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Nr1 with step-free interior has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 49 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Our house is situated in a quiet yet central location, to the lake approx. 50m, to the village center, lido or free lake access approx. 5 min. The 2-room vacation apartments are located in the attic and each have a balcony, car and bicycle parking, satellite TV as well as oven or microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. A crib and high chair are available if required. Drinks can be bought in the house. We would be pleased if you spend your vacation with us.

Mooi appartement met balkon. Rustig gelegen met eigen parkeerplaats.
