"I thought it would be like a Hampton Inn but H4 is much better. Very comfortable. A little street noise but with windows closed, absolutely silent. Got great sleep. Underground parking- fee. "A lovely and recommended place. it was a great experience. We enjoyed walking around the corridors of the castle and discovering the special rooms with weapons and armor. We took part in a tour "Sophie's Cave" - we really enjoyed it, but the downside is that the tour is in German, altow you can try to get an explanation from the guides separately. After the tour we attended a wonderful dinner at the castle."

The rooms are very small, there were no amenities in the room (mini-fridge, coffee nor tea, water, facial tissues, one pillow each, small work space). Parking is around the corner and not particularly easy to get to. There wasn't a place to park for check-in, which was two stories up from the entry door. Staff wasn't particularly helpful or friendly. "

"Hotel is used for a lot of conferences, and bus tours, so is big, and has lots of rooms. Having said that, the facilities are all fine and well maintained, and our room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel was ecellent too. Only minor issue is that its a bit of a walk to the town centre (15-20 mins), but there isn't a lot to see or do there anyway, so no big deal. Parking is easy and straightforward"
