Charming Inn

Owner/host gave us tour and recommendations for dinner that were close by. Historic building that has been lovingly restored and includes modern amenities and bathrooms. Has a lot of extra touches like cookies and coffee in entry, bathrobes, room darkening shades, great breakfast.

This place is very conveniently located and pristine. They seemed to think of everything. The room is very dark and quiet. It has great amenities and modern charging and bathing options despite everything else being gorgeous antiques. The hosts were spectacular and breakfast was amazing. They even took our dietary restrictions in mind without being boring or bland.

I really enjoyed the vintage feel mixed with modern convenience of the Inn. You can tell that the innkeepers put alot of time, effort and consideration into the design and decor. I also enjoyed the breakfast fare, classic meals with a delicious twist. Bottom line you can tell the innkeepers Ken and Candy really enjoy what they do and it shows.

We loved staying here! Ken and Candi were so sweet and accommodating, they made us feel welcome and comfortable. Delicious breakfast each morning, super comfy beds, and the sauna in our room (the Chinook) was wonderful. They also had great recommendations for activities around the area. Staying at the Pearl Inn Bed and Breakfast was such a wonderful experience. We stayed in the Harbor room and it was so cozy. The whole inn was very clean and quiet and the owners, Ken and Candi went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The included breakfast was excellent as well. We will absolutely be back!

Ken and Candi are a wonderful. Hardworking couple who care that you feel welcomed. Serve a great breakfast. Tell you about all the activities happening in the area. Keep the cookie jar filled for quests. This is a perfect place for the professional who is stressed out. Who needs some serious down time close to the water. Who can just unwind. Walk to some great restaurants. Just chill out in beautiful surroundings.

Lovely

Very beautiful home, the rooms are decorated in beautiful decor and are very warm and friendly. The beds are a dream to sleep in, we didn't want to wake up. The location is very convenient. The owners are very friendly and make you feel like family, and are willing to help in any way they can. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again.

Beautiful house and property. Everyone was so welcoming and warm. The rooms were just wonderful. We enjoyed the history of the house and the care the owners have given it to make it welcoming and comfortable. Will definitely be back! Loved that they had a convenient parking lot, we could easily walk to the Farmers market, marina, and shopping/restaurants.

This property is a beautiful old home that has been turned into a B&B. The owner was available, friendly, offered great suggestions for dinner choices and hiking and cooked us an amazing breakfast. Our room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. There is a basement with a pool table and other fun activities. This was one of our favorite stays on a long road trip . Highly recommend!

What a gem! We loved this little fishing town and the Pearl Inn was beyond our expectations. Every detail has been thought of, the house is impeccably restored, it is immaculate, comfortable (the beds are superb) and the breakfast is a 5 star. We stay in a lot of B & B’s all over the world and this little gem is one of our favorites. You won’t be disappointed.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay here!. The house is beautifully restored with private guest suites and common areas, including a recreation room in the basement, which we took advantage of for a game of pool. Perfect location to see and do so many things! We visited both lighthouses at Cape Disappointment, Long Beach, Seaside and Astoria all in one day! The hosts, Candi & Ken were great, and always ready with recommendations if needed.

Hospitality was amazing!!! We were met as soon as we got out of the car and never had to ask any questions. They were always there to answer the questions below we asked them. It is located directly across from the Ilwaco pier, which offers fishing trips & a handful of restaurants. The location is ideal for exploring up & down the coast, hiking, clam-digging, fishing, etc. We would highly recommend a visit to darling Ilwaco and Pearl Inn.

Very clean, sweet stay.

I loved the Pearl Inn , It was so so so so clean! Some rooms have a slight view of the harbor. There are no TV or Fridge in you room as a heads up but a good wifi. I was traveling with my 6 year old so it was nice to have the iPad but the rooms are a tight squeeze but very comfortable and clean. No extra fuss. We walked to the small area in Ilwaco for the galleries. There is limited food options in Ilwaco so we packed a cooler and had lots of snacks. The hotel has a nice coffee, water and tea stations. In the AM other guests are a little loud which is strange in a small air bnb so this hotel with kids if you want them to sleep in, isn't as ideal but we still really loved it.

We stayed at Pearl Inn Bed and Breakfast, the Harbor Room. It is up the stairs and on your left. Ken and Candi are great hosts. They treated us with the utmost respect as if we were family staying in their own home. I can tell they are very proud of their property. And it shows, because the property is beautiful. The rooms are small, fit for 2 people. They are all top quality bed mattresses (super comfy), pillows, sheets. New remodel bathroom. Single person shower. But the whole “house” is open to wander and relax in any shared room such as a dining area, lounge area with some books and many comfy chairs and couches, balcony and covered patio on the main floor. They also have a hidden gem in the basement called the Ilwaco Underground. It is a nicely laid out game room and lounge. Including a pool table, tv (there is no tv in the rooms), darts, ring toss, a radio, an arcade hunting game, poker table, many card and dice games and corn hole. The Ilwaco Underground is a dream for anyone wanting a hang out place in their home (or getaway from home)! I would definitely recommend a stay here for sure. It is located right in Ilwaco by the boat marina. It’s conveniently located just a few (5-10) minutes away from Longbeach. Thanks again for your hospitality Ken and Candi. P.S.
