This staff was very courteous. The room was less than spotless. The floors were dirty. There were no towels. They told us they would have towels later. If we wanted some we told them we would at least have them delivered, which they did later.

Zuri Hotel
Breakfast was excellent, room and amenities very good. I would have given a 5 but we got a false alert call saying that we will be fined P5K for smoking which we didn’t. Turns out the operator made an error. Terrible error. Unacceptable!
