I book a room for two and got one towel , air conditioning is malfuctioning in the middle of the night that it was making a very loud noice and the room temperature was very hot that I woke up soak with sweat . I have to notify the staff and have the air condition fixed .windows are not sound proofs . Other than that happy new year ...!!!

Good location, but worn down

Stayed for one night before flying out of Iloilo. The hotel has a good location (close to SM Mall, Smallville etc), and the staff was friendly. The interior of the room and bathroom was a bit old and worn down, but it was clean. Ok place to stay you just need to sleep over.

Excellent room for the money...

We stayed there for 8 nights. Our room was somewhat dated but it was spacious and clean with a lot of storage, and a comfortable bed. The staff was outstanding (very professional/very personable).The included buffet breakfast was excellent. The SM City mall is a 10 minute walk. The hotel is located in a group of hotels with plenty of night life (restaurants and live music). Also, the Esplanade river walk is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Taxi service immediately available as well as Jeepney access. Had the room been more up to date, I would have given it the highest rating. We have already made return reservations.

Perfect trip

Amazing and wonderful area to go to, Hotel maintenance was terrible, I have been to this hotel for over 6 years, used to be the best, now is the worst, walls and ceilings needs repairs, lots of noise in roof above my bed, rodent perhaps. Complaining didn't fix anything, I would like management to pay attention to this, it could be bad if these creatures gets hold of power cables could cause fire easily......
