"When i arrived I was not sure where to go and got to meet Ralphaldo who is the concierge that put me straight in the hotel's golf buggy and took me to the reception. He was great to talk to and was a lovely person to chat with and so cheerful. The suite was amazing and spacious, it was also clean and spotless. The staff were lovely and were extremely helpful in the restaurants and made wonderful suggestions. The food was amazing, each restaurant was great and had their own wonderful menus"

"Staff were very friendly and helpful. I understand they don’t set the rates. But at £90 (including discount) it cost a pound extra than the room I regularly use in nearby Shipley, which isn’t exactly the Ritz, but it’s miles ahead of this. "

"We stayed here for two nights whilst attending an event locally and it was excellent, we particularly liked the availability of fresh milk and cold water at the end of the corridor. We also ate in the restaurant on two evenings and the food was delicious. Would definitely stay there again!"
