"Unfortunately they put me in a room that has a thumping sound the whole entire night. It wasn't consistent and would turn off sometimes for a few minutes but I ended up getting only 1 hour of sleep with a pillow squished over my head. I don't know if they would've accommodated a room change, that's on me, but I was just there from 11pm with an early morning exit, so I don't particularly want the middle-of-the-night hassle. "

All staff we encountered were helpful, polite and friendly. Rooms very comfortable and modern. Will definitely book again next time we stay in Loughborough."

However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were so unsupported meaning it was difficult to sleep each night. Also, during breakfast the drinks and some foods were always empty meaning you’d have to ask and wait for contents to be refilled/ replenished. There was also a private event going on which meant the bar inside the hotel couldn’t be used."
