Located in front of the beautiful Costa Nova Beach, carefully decorated and very comfortable with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen equipped with washing machine and dishwasher, microwave, living room with fireplace and an excellent balcony facing the Atlantic Ocean With 28 square meters allowing a stunning view over the beach.
Just cross the small street that faces the building and you have your feet in the sand of the Beach.

Spent 3 days here, off season (mid march) absolutely loved having the beach to ourselves each morning. Apartment was comfortable and quiet, views are unbeatable.

Stunning view of the ocean. This property was lovely. We were welcomed by Fernando and provided a list of nearby places to eat and visit. If in the area, I would look into staying here again.

La estancia ha sido estupenda y hemos disfrutado mucho en Costa Nova. El apartamento es perfecto, las vistas a la playa de Costa Nova increíbles. Fernando ha sido un excelente anfitrión, muy pendiente de todo lo que pudiéramos necesitar y le agradecemos muchísimo todo lo que ha hecho para que estuviéramos muy confortables aquí.

L'appartement est très bien situé. La terrasse est très appréciable. Le propriétaire est vraiment très gentil. Néanmoins, concernant l'annonce contrairement à ce qui est note il n'y a pas de garage contrairement à ce qui est noté, la baignoire à jets ne fonctionne pas. Les appareils électroménagers fonctionnent mal. Cela reste agréable mais à mon sens bien trop cher par rapport à l'ensemble global et les autres locations que l'on a pu avoir.

Traumlage, toller Balkon, wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge. Etwas dürftige Küchenausstattung für 4 Personen, ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln.

wir wurden sehr freundlich mit Obst und Wasser von Fernando begrüßt. er ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber und steht jederzeit per WhatsApp zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft gelegen, mit großer Terrasse direkt am Meer. Wir waren im August dort und konnten jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen :)

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung . Strand vor der Haustür. Parken kein Problem. Die Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Zwei Schlafzimmer, zwei komplette Bäder, Küche mit allem Komfort und ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten für bis zu 4 Personen. Wir waren zu zweit und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Vermieter war sehr aufmerksam , umkompliziert und immer erreichbar. Wir können das Appartement bestens weiter empfehlen und würden gern wiederkommen. Viele Grüsse Jürgen

This beautiful apartment on the coastline of the North Atlantic Ocean is the perfect location for a wonderful holiday. The terrace is overlooking the beach and facing the ocean. All day sunshine fills the whole livingroom through the big windows. The apartment is very spacious, and has two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. We had a wonderful time at this apartment. The owner was very nice and hospitable. Fernando did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Our only remark is that the amenities are a bit dated, but that didn't influenced our stay. We will certainly go back to this fantastic apartment.
