"The check-in experience was excellent. The front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout the process. Despite our group having four rooms, check-in was quick and efficient, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. Although the bellhop had already left for the day, security stepped in and helped bring our luggage to our rooms, providing outstanding customer service.
The hotel is in a fantastic location, within easy walking distance of The Plaza, as well as numerous shops, bars, and restaurants. The views were beautiful and added even more to the overall experience.
We also had a wonderful experience at the hotel's restaurant. The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job accommodating our large group. The service was attentive, and everything ran smoothly despite the size of our party.
Overall, we were very impressed with the professionalism, hospitality, and service throughout our stay. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area."
