"We were a little disappointed when we arrived and received a different room than the one we booked. Some of the rooms are historic and some were built in the 90s and have not been kept up so they're not in the best condition. However they did move us to a slightly nicer room. Breakfast was great. Overall a good location but San Francisco street can get noisy at night, so if your noise sensitive you might not want a room on the street. Otherwise the service was fantastic and the property is very convenient to everything Santa Fe has to offer."

"Historic building in a great location close to town. Amazing staff who went out of their way to accommodate us. Restaurant food was excellent. Weekly complimentary happy hours were unexpected. Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were not available for several days due to a water malfunction. There are several types of rooms. Make sure you know what you are booking. We were not satisfied with the first room we had but the staff found us a much better room and graciously moved us as soon as they could."
