About this property

ILE TUDY - Contemporary house 6 places with garden 100m from the beach

  • The contemporary house (construction completed in early 2019), very pleasant, is ideally located in an enclosed space with a garden (possibility to park the car in the property under a carport) and offering a shaded terrace.

    It is located in a quiet area, in a street parallel to the beach and very easy to access from the main road and allows different activities without taking a car: the sea, access to the beach and nautical activities at 150 m of the house, tennis ...
    From the house, various circuits are offered for hiking or mountain biking.

    Very functional with its fitted kitchen: ceramic hob, dishwasher and bathroom with washing machine and dryer.

    Possibility out of season for weekend rentals, bridges, Christmas / New Year, Ascension, Pentecost, or more depending on your needs and depending on availability.

    Cleaning is optional (100 € package).
    Sheets, towels, beach towels and tea towels can be provided for all stays (package € 8 per person).
    The heating offers the comfort of the off season: electricity according to consumption

    A deposit of 300 euros will be requested on arrival and returned on the day of departure (except damage or additional cleaning).
