  • Family property consisting of 2 independent terraced houses, very comfortable: A traditional Breton "old house" (5 bedrooms), and a "new house" (4 bedrooms), built in 2013, in the middle of an enclosed plot of 4500m² , with direct access to the sea and magnificent view.
    Access to Ile aux Moines by boat, from the Port-Blanc pier (14km from Vannes) then taxi-van (or bicycle).
    The house is 3km from the port of Ile aux Moines

Vue exceptionnelle

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours dans la maison et avons passé un excellent séjour. La vue y est tout simplement incroyable. Les maisons sont très bien équipées. Il y a beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants. Le fait d’avoir accès à deux canoës biplaces est génial. La maison ancienne nécessiterait quelques travaux de rafraîchissement mais en l’état a, tout de même, beaucoup de charme. Très bon accueil par le gérant Pascal.

Ideale pour groupes et grande familles

Superbe vue, maison bien equipee pour les grands groupe et famille avec enfants ce qui evite de tout transporter sur l'ile. Nous y avons passé un agreable sejour mais aurions apprecié un menage plus en profondeur etant donné le montant demandé. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir!

très bel endroit!

Lieu convivial, parfait pour les séjours entre amis. La maison est vaste et chaleureuse, nombreux jeux disponibles pour les moments de pluie(ça peut arriver...), grand salon ouvert sur la mer; bref, pour se reposer, décompresser, c'est l'idéal. Et quelle vue! Cette petite ile est vraiment magnifique... Merci aux propriétaires de cette maison de nous permettre de profiter de ce lieu, nous étions 19 et nous avons tous été conquis!

Une vue exceptionnelle pour un weekend entre amis

Nous avons réservé cette grande maison pour y fêter un anniversaire. Nous étions nombreux mais la maison avec ses 9 chambres est très grande et offre beaucoup de possibilités. Chaque couple a eu sa chambre et les enfants ont dormi en groupe ce qui leur a beaucoup plu, en plus du jardin immense pour jouer, de la cabane et de la balançoire où ils ont passé beaucoup de temps et du canoë ! La vue est exceptionnelle et changeante on ne s.en lasse pas ! Nous avons pu dîner à l.interieur et à l.exterieur , et trouve tout ce qui était nécessaire pour organiser de grandes tablées. Notre séjour est inoubliable et les avis de tous sont unanimes sur le cadre et sur le fait que cette maison est parfaite pour ce genre de retrouvailles. Nous y reviendrons sûrement d.autant que les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueilli avec beaucoup de chaleur et nous ont donné des conseils sur leur île qu.ils connaissent bien ... Lieu magique !
