"Very nice and pleasant staff that are willing to go above and beyond. The host is a kind and considerate individual (Joseph) that is always trying to make sure you are having a wonderful time. The owner ( Vanessa ) compliments the stay entirely making sure that you have the most memorable time . Together all things considered it is truly a Five star experience."

"Staff very kind, really bad experience when needed beach towels, a clothes iron or a hair dryer you need to have 20 Euro cash in order to pay a deposit that will be return as soon as you return the item back to the reception. I suggested Credit card they said not possible, another currency which I have on hand they said not possible either. Nowadays is less and less of us with cash, and since I travel frequently to so many countries is not even possible for me have cash in so many currencies. So...

"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is located in a quiet, safe, residential area within walking distance of transit and the boardwalk by the sea. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room is clean and the hotel offers a lovely breakfast and good amenities. An all-day refreshment table (e.g. citrus water, tea, etc.) would have been nice, though the lobby Nespresso options did help if you're a coffee drinker. A microwave (even one per floor) would have provided some added convenience. TV channels other than multilingual news stations would also have been desirable for those calling it an early night."

However, it is the professionalism and friendliness of the staff that stood out for us - everyone seemed to go the extra mile to be helpful, considerate, welcoming, friendly and courteous. One of the best staffed hotels we've expereinced, and we travel a LOT!"

"The hotel was clean. The room was a good size. We had a large bed, which was comfortable for me but my friend found too soft. We stayed 4 days and asked for the room to be cleaned and it was done. The staff were helpful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection. Our room had a balcony and did overlook the local residents but it was not a problem. The hotel is located in a side street off the main road. It is near the harbour. There is also plenty of restaurants if you want to eat out. I would stay here again. "
