As you pass through the mall, admire the inspiring design of the building. Among the highlights is a faux-Romanesque courtyard, around which wraps a colonnade adorned with shell imprints. Relax with hot beverages and snacks in a café and watch people go by in this lively part of the mall.

Bring your family to see the latest films at the 16-screen movie theater, which is known for its excellent sound quality and comfortable seating. On a sunny day in March, step outside to inspect the light pink petals of the cherry blossom trees in bloom in the picturesque Olive Tree and Fountain Garden. Purchase food and drinks for a picnic with your family in this enchanting setting.

IKSPIARI marks the northern part of the Tokyo Disney Resort in Urayasu, a district in the southeastern corner of Tokyo. Ride the Disney Resort Line to the Resort Gateway Station, next to the mall. From farther away, take the Keiyo Line to the adjacent Maihama Station. Explore the surroundings for other attractions such as the Maihama Amphitheater and the Urayasu City Sports Park Gymnasium.
