"Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched. The catering staff was totally unprepared for something they do every day or busy weekend. We had to wait an hour for breakfast items to be replaced. Once the food was brought out, out of the 4 staffers in the room only one was allowed to serve the buffet. After the guests yelled at them to assist the server, then another staffer joined to serve. Besides that, grounds was meticulous, and staff generally was pleasant. Would give a second chance. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. There is 24/7 power supply, which comes in VERY handy in the heat of Lagos, as the AC runs 24/7. The receptionist staff, particularly Toba, Sam, and Tosin were VERY welcoming and courteous. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and reasonably priced. There is heavy security presence at all time, which gives peace of mind. I will DEFINITELY return, and also recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, restful, stay in Ikorodu. This place has become my new home away from home in Ikorodu!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience."

"I actually didn’t stay here, still waiting on a refund from there after such a horrible experience. If I could give negative stars I actually would, I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in my life. To the owner of the Atrium if you’re not careful the managers you hired would ruin your business. I booked my room on November 10th for November 14th and when I arrived the lady at the front desk had no idea what I was talking about (it wasn’t her fault but the two unprofessional managers Mr Promise and Mr Alex put the blame on her). As for vivian the lady responsible for checking all your Expedia bookings as far as I am concerned is inefficient, silly and should not be in charge of anything , because after arriving from an international flight, I sat in the lobby for over an hour and they could not proffer any results. Mr Alex’s response to all of this was to bump me to another room and that I should pay the extra amount for what i didn’t request for. This is not my first time at your hotel but this would be the last time. If you want good service please avoid the Atrium hotel, they’re not dependable and they would leave you stranded, without a plan and ask you to pay for their mistake. Avoid at all cost! "

"Greywood hotels is a lovely place to be. Great and accommodating staff, very clean and safe environment, affordable sumptuous meals. It’s quite a recommendable place. I would say it’s really a home from home. Thumbs up to the management team and staff."
