Awesome place 20 minutes outside Durango. Now that they have opened up the bowling alley on more day and times it was even better. Great for families with kids. Huge pool, bowling, small arcade, food options on site. Then it's just a quick drive in to Durango in the day time.

The room was on the colder side but there was artic area coming through the area at the time, but I would think that the resort would have planned for it by setting the room temperatures up a little bit for those checking in. Also, took a long time for the hot water to heat up to the third floor. I could have been told to run the water longer prior to getting in the shower.

The casino is in the middle of nowhere. So if you're staying on a Monday and or a Tuesday and dont have a rental(car), be sure to bring your own foor as there is no food available for dinner. Also, orangish/yellowish fluid came out of my bathtub. It was only for a few seconds but it definitely put me off to taking a bath. Finally, I must mention how helpful and extremely pleasant the staff and management was for my week stay. With that being said, overall I would recommend visiting the charming Sky Ute Casino & Resort.

Love it! Great location for me. I don't gamble, but really like the property for the hotel. Large rooms, super clean & quiet. Full bathtub plus stand-alone shower. Nice pool and fitness room.

Piping in calming music in hallways and ?scents? I wasn’t sure if I was really smelling cinnamon or lavender or it was just all my brain being surrounded by such a beautiful hotel. Real in room coffee mugs and glasses. A FUNCTIONAL balcony and nonsmoking facility. Plus husband WON some $! We will be back.

I liked the cleanliness and that there was no smoking on the property. I didn’t like that we didn’t know that the restaurants were closed on Mondays and Tuesdays and that no restaurants were close by. We had to go eat out in Durango.

I had a horrible experience; the staff was rude. I went to Durango for work as I am a foreman for a government job we were doing out there and one of the nights after getting to the hotel from a long day of work one of the staff members told me that if I left the room dirty she was going to charge me a $250 fee.

We have stayed here so many times over the last 10 years and have always enjoyed it. This time, the rooms didnt have safes and they struggled to find us one. The restaurant staff was awful over all. The food was good. The prices have aky rocketed and the service overall has declined.

The bed was too hard. I woke up with soreness in my back and a huge headache as a result. We were there for a community event and got back to the property at 10:15 only to be told the restaurant was closed. We didn’t know that the restaurant closed at 10:00. In addition the bowling alley ash’s even the bar areas were shut down by 10:00. Kind of disappointing because this is also a casino so you would think they would have some food options for their guests.

Peaceful Night Chaotic Morning
All in all it was good. Staff makes a little too much noise in the morning and seem to be fighting their cleaning supplies instead of using them.
