This place was horrible. Dirty pillow cases, stained sheets, mold and mildew in bathroom, floor was dirty, windows broken, stay away from this place!

Do not stay here, bed bugs were awful!!! They were grown adult bugs, meaning they’ve been there awhile!!!!! They had broken windows and place was dirty.

This place is the worst I have stayed in. Idaho State Lodging and Board of Health need to investigate. Security is suspect. Trashed outlets, poor lighting, filthy building. Close it down

This place needs to update it’s pictures, it’s nothing like what they advertised. Their is NO pool. Broken windows, looks like people actually live there. Also we got pulled over by 6 cops profiling within 5 minutes of arriving to town. Beware.

Total dump of dumps!

DO NOT even think about staying here! I checked in, very wary. Then went to the room and immediately went to the desk and cancelled. The desk person did it right away and did not even ask why. This place is the dumps of dumps, possibly even not safe. Hotels.com should not even have this place on the website, shame on them for this.

Waldorf Astoria this is not….but I knew this when I searched based on lowest price. Typical review for this place. is quite negative which is interesting because what did they expect? Outdated…yes. A little worn….yes. But bed was clean and comfortable. TV, A/C, toilet and shower worked fine. I don’t require fancy- this was perfectly fine for what I needed- good sleep and inexpensive. Happy, happy.

We booked a room with a queen bed. My wife and I were surprised to find we had a double bed instead. The hotel would not correct the issue when we made them aware. The blanket had holes in it and was threadbare. The room floor was a little 'sticky'. It just felt gross. I do not recommend staying unless you have no other options.

Had to move rooms 3 times! Then at checkout they LOST my cash deposit! I was offered no attempts to compensate or to make it right. I want my money back!

When we got there Card Key provided did not work, we were allocated another room, this room did not have what was promised fridge and microwave, we eventually got a fridge, the room had not been vacuumed prior and during our stay, I even was prepared to vacuum the room myself, cleanliness is not a factor

Why...???

The toilet didn't flush unless you reached inside the tank and pull the chain....nothing was done at all....even after I talked to the front and maintenance. It was disgusting. The overall of the place was rundown and kinda gross
