Great location and beautiful place!

This property was very nice! Very nice place that was relatively clean! Beds were comfy and all was very spacious! Nice kitchen with amenities included. We had a a very nice stay.

New and clean place close to shopping areas. Very safe place. Very nicely decorated and has what to need to make your stay comfortable. The water heater is small so you’ll want to plan your showers/baths accordingly if you have more than three people. Will stay here again.

Great Property with top notch amenities

This is a great location and is such a comfortable house. We were driving back from a tough wrestling tournament and needed a place to crash for the night. The owners were super accommodating and we had a great experience. Would recommend 100%.

Amazing place!

The house is beautiful, clean, and just the right size for the party we had. Everything I forgot they seemed to have. Hosts were so fast to respond and it was all explained well. Hosts get 5/5. The website listed how many can stay the night wrong (it’s 12 overnight, 18 for the day), but that’s a VRBO issue. Not the hosts. They were fantastic!

Relaxing house after long days in Hospital.

My dad was in inpatient rehab at Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center after a fall on a vacation. We came to be with him. The house was so clean and new with comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Idaho Falls. It’s 5 minute drive to the hospital.

Family Christmas

The property was perfect for our needs. We had our family Christmas breakfast snd gift exchange. Having the upstairs "family room"was perfect for the kids to watch movies! The decor was tasteful and beds were comfy! I loved to be able to use the garage as it was quite cold during our stay. I decided to extend and the owners were very accommodating! Thanks for a great place to stay! We will be back!

New, clean, bring extra blankets

Great new townhome build. Super clean. Really close driving distance to restaurants and shopping. I was grateful to find a place that would host my group of 14 people. That being said, there weren’t enough blankets for everyone. I’m glad I’d brought a couple sleeping bags.

Ideal stay for the weekend

This property was the ideal location, size, and length of stay for the reason we came to Idaho Falls this weekend. My family was invited to attend a soft opening for the new Brazilian steakhouse, Tche, in Ammon, ID on Saturday night. We attended with another family of seven (including our family of 8 + one teenage friend) for a total of 16 individuals. We arrived Friday evening and left Sunday at noon. We wanted a place for the kiddos to gather and the condo, unlike individual hotel rooms was perfect. We were able to enjoy breakfast together, watch football, craft time, and make memories together. Thank you for allowing us stay here!

Father and Sons Outing

Very nice property. Very clean and plenty of room to sleep 12 people as stated. Plenty of dishes and silverware for 12 people. We just had one problem . We could not find large enough pot and pans to cook for 12 people. Also, no tongs for salad and no spaghetti fork for spaghetti. Otherwise very nice place to stay and would stay again. Mattresses were more firm than we were used to, but very clean and nice.

Lovely Townhouse!

I loved this townhouse especially because there’s a playground in the front. They didn’t have many toys except card games. My son loves the matching game but we seen the playground out our window and it definitely gave my son something to get all his energy out! I plan to stay again with them in the future since I come twice a year to Idaho. 😊 my son loved he had his own “living room” and was a big fan of the Queen Bunk bed. I love how the upstairs couch can turn into a futon and is very comfortable. Lastly, the Master Bedroom is amazing! Has a his/her sink so when we needed to get ready we didn’t have to share our sink. Definitely loved that luxury and the comfy, family friendly and cozy home this town house provided for our stay.

Great place to stay

This place was really clean and had the necessary items like towels and dishes and cooking pans. It had nice open areas for us to visit with our family. They even had several card games that the kids enjoyed.

This is a nice property and accurate from the online pictures. Was clean but not as well stocked with eccentials as other rentals we have stayed in. We liked the location close to areas we planned to visit in Idaho falls, close to stores and restaurants. Overall a good experience for us here.

Our stay was fine. I don’t think it was cleaned very well. The fridge was not wiped out. The carpet wasn’t vacuumed. Towels were stained.
