"I accidentally selected the wrong dates for a nonrefundable booking and contacted customer support immediately. I requested a date correction and explained that I still intended to stay at the same hotel. My requests for a date change or refund were declined, despite my willingness to rebook for the correct dates. I accept responsibility for entering the wrong dates and understand that the rate was nonrefundable. However, I was disappointed that no alternative was offered after I promptly reported the mistake. The handling of this situation has made me reluctant to book here again. Double-check your dates and cancellation terms before confirming your reservation."

"Super clean room. Very comfy bed. Comfy bedding and towels. Great stay. A little pricey was all. Used the pool and hot tub and that was great. The pool was full of leaves and bugs but thats to be expected with an open air outdoor pool so no worries there. Very convenient on the river. Boise is a beautiful place and so clean. I felt totally safe walking around with my young daughter around the river valley"

"The location was very nice. The house was clean and well appointed. My only issue is privacy screens are covering all the back windows making the living space very dark and a feeling of being closed in. There is a shared backyard with the owner that is absolutely the highlight of the house and you are entitled to a 2 hour time slot to use it. It would have been a 10 star review if this was part of the whole stay."
