"Pros: Piso perfecto. La localizacion de la vivienda es la ideal para ir caminando a cualquier punto y libre de cuestas, muy centrico. Es un piso bueno para PMR, no dispone de escalon en el portal, tiene un baño con ducha pero solo te servira si tienes algo de movilidad aunque, segun me dijo el propietario estudia la opcion de quitar la bañera del segundo baño y poner plato de ducha y ya seria perfecto oara PMR. "Venue is wonderful and beautiful. However, for a 5* hotel and the brand The Ritz-Carlton, it could certainly do with some improvements. 1) Pool cleanliness: the pool is very filthy. We stayed for a week ar Tivoli before coming to the Ritz. The Tivoli Hotel pool is meticulously clean. The Ritz seems to not clean their pool regularly. Very disappointing for a 5* hotel. 2) TXOKO poolside restaurant: poor quality food at horrendous prices. Dry meat, pasta with no taste, croquettes for €6 that are less than a bite. Compare this to Tivoli Hotel restaurants by Chef Olivier where they serve real tasty food. TXOKO gets 4/10 from me. 3) Breakfast: options not great, food not great quality, and staff are overworked and stressed. We were served pre-cooked cold fried eggs, and bad coffee in half filled cups from the machine. I wonder who inspected their 5* rating. 4) Lobby smells of diapers and not a great experience to be in. Most luxury hotels smell luxurious and wonderful, you would want to be in the lobby. 5) Check-in vs Check-out: totally different treatment by staff during check-in vs check-out. Both at restaurants (TXOKO) and with the bag storage in the lobby. It’s as if they know you’re about to leave so they treat you differently. Apart from the above, I think this place could be wonderful if they improved these points. Would rate this place 4.5/5* until they work on the above points."

"This is a really great family hotel, second time here. Lots of things for youngsters to do. Maybe not so much for adults but keeping the shorties occupied is part of the reason for being here. Staff are friendly and excellent, any problems you might have(or at least I have had) get rectified straight away. Food is good, great variety and lots of options. Room was excellent, comfortable, well equiped and clean. Could do with more coffee sachets though :D Oh, parking can be a bit of a pain, you either have to pay to use the car park or take a chance and use the rubble strewn and cratered free car park outside. That's my only minor gripe."

"The service was very good. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially a lady by the name of of Sonsolas at the Guest Experience desk and Fabian at check in desk The amenities was let down by the very low powered air conditioning that on warmer nights made sleeping uncomfortable. Also only one small bottle of water was provided for the whole stay. Thank goodness there is a mini supermarket across the road for bottle water. There was no tissue box. Food at restaurants were good. We had breakfast and dinner. Location is excellent, walking distance to shops and restaurants We would stay there again"

"The room was massive, we had a 2 bedroom and it was so roomy. Kitchen was well stocked All round lovely. The walls are thin, so it very much depends on your naibours, we politley asked if they would kerp the noise fown and it was fine. The area has lots of nice restraunts. Its very quite and calming. And a very diffrent vibe from the tourist trap of las americas."
